Dave has served on the boards of many associations in different positions including President of the Anderson chamber of Commerce. He is passionate about helping and making positive changes within industry and our communities. He also assisted in the development of the state licensing exam including writing test questions.

As a man who wears many hats he is known to customers and friends as the “The Bug Guy”, A Hot wheels collector, Classic VW owner and enthusiast, and Preacher. 

Madona Silva is both the co-founder and co-owner of Professional Exterminators and has over 20 years of administrative experience. Known as the “Queen Bee” she is committed to the camaraderie of the pro ext team by scheduling and creating unique and fun team building events from white water rafting to baseball games and doing special things like hanging Christmas stockings so they all feel like family.  

She cares deeply about building strong connections—offering great, personalized service to customers, working with local businesses, and giving back to the community through events and sponsorships.

She’s both detail-oriented, organized, and a bit of a perfectionist, yet also spontaneous, adventurous, and fun-loving. She likes to make others feel loved and cared for. 

Her favorite things are scuba diving, boating, dancing, music festivals and vacationing around the world!
